Mani Rao
Founder CEO

Mani Rao is a seasoned finance and strategy professional with over 27 years of global experience spanning corporate leadership, consulting, and entrepreneurship. His career has taken him across India, New Zealand, and Australia, where he has led and advised businesses in sectors as diverse as financial services, venture capital, industrial manufacturing, ERP, FMCG- retail and wholesale, and entertainment in both corporate and consulting roles.

With a background in commerce and management from Sydenham College and Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (Mumbai University, India), and time spent at PwC Consulting honing advisory skills, Mani has built deep expertise in strategic planning, commercial finance, M&A, corporate treasury, product commercialisation, and operational transformation. His work has included board-level reporting, investment feasibility assessment, market entry strategies, business valuations, and large-scale programme management for domestic and multinational corporations.

Over the years, Mani has contributed to private equity initiatives, institutional fund raising, ERP and technology strategy, and international business development. He brings a strong ability to bridge strategy and execution—having worked both in senior corporate finance roles and in strategic advisory capacities across different international cultures.

Mani’s leadership is driven by a passion for enabling sustainable business growth through financial clarity, operational discipline, and international market engagement.

Joseph Silvanus
Founder Director

Joseph heads Dolma Consultancy, the advisory arm of Dolma Group, and Dolma Himalayan Energy, the renewables energy platform. He uses his deep insights and experience in South Asia to support the growth of banking & financial Institutions, small and medium enterprises, and corporates in their tryst to become efficient and access capital markets. His wide canvas of engagements spans from driving investment into start-ups, creating blended finance structures, PPP opportunities, financing river conservation programs and deepening capital markets.

A career banker having worked 28 years with ANZ Grindlays and thereafter with Standard Chartered Bank across various geographies. He is a governance and risk specialist and a sustainable finance champion. Joseph leads climate change conversations by developing renewable energy assets and crowding in international climate finance. He works closely with multilateral/ bilateral agencies, donors, development finance and socially responsible investors, for directing specific program-based support towards entities in ASEAN and South Asia. His wide canvas of engagements includes crowding-in investment into start-ups, creating blended finance structures, PPP opportunities, financing river basin conservation programs and deepening capital markets.

He practices transformational leadership, involving changing of mindset's, seeking the truth in every situation. A proponent of free trade & investment as an engine of growth, he propagates best practice in International Trade & Investment flows through policy advocacy.
